China & Siberia Redux

Martin Katz of George Mason writes about Russia’s long term challenge from China over Siberia. He echoes several of the points I made in my earlier post. This is a long term issue that will not come to a head in a few years, or maybe a few decades, but the long term trends mean that the Russo-Sinese border is likely to be a major flashpoint.
